Speaker Profile

Leo Jin is Senior Business Manager of films and specials business at UPM Raflatac Oceania who holds two decades of experience in the packaging industry specialising in self-adhesive labelling. He has a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) and holds a certification of Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt. In his current role, he is responsible for product portfolio management which also includes product innovations and product marketing. Prior to his current role, he had extensive experience in multiple areas such as management of quality development, continuous improvement, and technical service. He joined several Wine Packagers of Australia and New Zealand’s (WPA) forums as a speaker and panellist since 2015. Through the collaboration with the WPA committee, he actively contributed to the improvement of labelling specifications for beverage and wine packaging. In 2022, he attended a forum held by The Australian Beverages Council as a guest speaker to present sustainable labelling solutions.
