Rick is an experienced industry professional with more than 40 years international and Australian expertise in the waste management, secondary resource recovery and recycling industry. He is a founder and current Chief Executive Officer of the National Waste Recycling Industry Council. The lead business council representing the industry’s interests nationally.
Over his career he has held numerous public and private sector executive roles and is regarded as a leading author and advocate on policy and regulatory frameworks as they relate to the industry. He is the principle architect of the WRI Association model across Australia, and former chair or board member of numerous government and private sector committees and companies, including NGO organisations relating to the industry.
