Advanced Recycling Victoria (ARV) is a part of Australian technology company Licella. ARV are developing an advanced recycling facility in Altona, Victoria, to utilise Licella’s Australian Cat-HTR™ technology, a form of hydrothermal liquefaction that uses hot, pressurised water to transform a wide range of plastics back into oil to produce new food-grade recycled plastic.
