PRM launches new REMU modular material handling system

Premier Rock Machinery announces the Australia launch of the innovative ‘REMU Crossover’ a new and versatile plant machinery attachment.

The all-new ‘REMU Crossover’ or simply ‘REMU XO’ is an innovative modular design concept intended to save customers time and money; this is a pioneering new notion for the hydraulic attachment market that delivers one ‘XO’ Frame and multiple interchangeable work modules for crushing and screening.

IT’S THIS SIMPLE – CHANGE THE WORK MODULE, NOT THE BUCKET!

Changing the work module and not the entire bucket is a new design concept where multiple work modules can be attached to a single bucket frame enabling machine operators to quickly and easily switch between different applications. The ‘REMU XO’ makes operations significantly more efficient because:

• The operator only needs one bucket for multiple different applications.
• The installed bucket can now be used for loading and/or moving the material as well as crushing and screening tasks.
• In under 10 minutes operators can quickly and easily change between handling, crushing and screening materials
• One bucket frame can now perform multiple different tasks so the operator only needs one bucket with the desired modules, reducing capital investment requirements.

THE ‘REMU XO’ BUCKET SERVES OPERATORS WHO NEED TO PERFORM MULTIPLE OPERATIONS WITH MINIMUM CAPITAL INVESTMENT

REMU’s product development project has been unique and is considered the most interesting in the company’s history and started when exploring the needs of customers who wanted to screen material into several grain sizes as well as needing to load, move and process different types of material. The answer was non-conventional and by thinking “outside the box” the solutions seemed obvious; what was needed was a fixed bucket frame with an exchangeable module system. The REMU XO was born.
